Why I see update of this app in the Play Store? When I click to the Update bottom they say "could not update".

Obviously man, how are you going to update a modified app through Google Play? If it were updated from Google Play you would lose the advantages of the modified app

This is a Google thing and modders are in most, if not all cases, unable to supress this. It seemed to get introduced as A14 has evolved.

So this version has that "random next song" bug and the version before this (which I`m using) has stopped recording listening history for some reason. I guess it`s finally time for a new one

Use the APK Editor from here:
viewtopic.php?p=10397684#10397684

- open app, "select an apk file" chose Spotify APK
- Common Edit
- change VersionCode to an high value like 1114147840 (org in this version is 111414784)
- save and install

so no update will be found
