i upload 《1% leadership》to dropgalaxy and dropdownload，the book size is 677kb,but download from blue arrow, the size turn into 622b.

when i change the book name to 《leadership》,the blue arrow' fie size back to normal.

Some special characters (', %, etc.) cause the filename to be cut off at the special character. However you will still be able rename the file and open it. As a result we ask releasers not to name files with special characters.
