I have a portable DVD player that I connected into my docking station. However, the transformer does not seem to play my DVD. Is there a way to play DVDs on my transformer without converting the DVD to a different type of file?

Thanks

I think you need to download a media player, which is able to play dvds via the USB DVD drive. But I'm not sure if any currently available are able to play DVDs, as the majority of android based mediaplayers are designed to play media from the flash storage.

Hi There

Finally Cyberlink launched a mobile (Android) App for that purpose. Check Power DVD Mobile. It may be the solution to your dilemma.

Cheers

Use an OTG cable to connect to a DVD player with a USB plug. the cable won't cost a lot.

Or you could use power2go to copy the data to PC and send it to the tablet pc.
