Can anyone help please.

Nokia X20 - Android 13

Until recently I could send and receive MMS no problem.

Now cannot send or receive.

Contacted my provider, no problem with my line or SIM.
I have reset the Access Points.
Contacted Nokia help desk, they can only suggest a factory reset.
Put my SIM in a different phone - MMS worked perfectly, so it seems like it is the Nokia X20.

Any ideas gratefully received.

have you checked. in messages settings, if message centre number is correct or not?
most of time correcting it, solves problem.

btw mobilism mobile client is so bad. i can`t even reply properly, always i need to quote someone in order to reply to a post :(
